This week we have been learning about Anzac animals. We had to find out how animals have been used during wars. I chose dogs because I think they are interesting. Here is my work.
Today we had to read a page about Anzac animals and how they were used during wars. We had to pick which animal we were going to learn about. The choices were horses, donkeys, mules, camels, pigeons, dogs and cats. I picked cats and researched how cats were used in the war, then we had to make a Google Drawing and write what we learnt. On Friday and Saturday 5th and 6th of April Ohaeawai school did a Wheel-a-hon to raise money for the year 5&6 ski trip in September 2024 . This graft shows how much coins we got from the little kids and grandparents. All of these coin in total is $89.50.
